Hi, my name is Arlene and I becamee the accidental  beekeeper in 1998 when I moved the Chingford, Essex board of London.

Since then I have moved house twice and still very much excited and passionate about beekeeping.

I creating projects that sell,  and started selling honey and bread to local farmers markets in 2016, which includes sourdough spelt loaves, gluten-free bread and cakes and now working with ferments, like water kefir.

I like to produce products by hand and with care and attention.
Everybody loves my honey, which is completely raw, unheat treated and extracted and bottled almost immediately. "from hive to jar with the hlep of a few million bees".
